Objective: To qualify and work as a Job Coach to connect Louisville youth to career
readiness services, deliver employability training and match youth to employment opportunities in the private, public and non-profit sectors with the goal of increasing the youth workforce participation rate.

Worked as Career Coach for five summers to support students in summer employment;
Implemented seven annual College & Career fairs with 40-50 colleges, tech schools. and businesses at Iroquois and Shawnee High School;
Developed a weekly Student Recognition Program for grades 9 – 12 at Iroquois High
Implemented the UPS Co-op program which allowed over 200 seniors to earn college expenses and medical benefits;
Managed a team of salespersons in Texas, Oklahoma and Pennsylvanian, worked 80 hours a week; earned Top First Year and Experienced Sales Awards.
