SUMMARY
I am a highly efficient, friendly, outgoing, and goal-oriented Pharm D professional. As an extremely self-motivated, personable and energetic individual, I enjoy inspiring those around me as well as working with patients. I excel at both taking orders and directing others, and I am very confident in decision making as well as taking charge when necessary. My clinical experience I have received has molded me into a highly adaptive, competent individual. I have had experience in Retail Pharmacy, leadership positions where I worked as a professor at a medical school and optometry school. In addition I also managed and started up a non-sterile compounding pharmacy. I am a licensed pharmacist in the state OH but am willing to get certification where needed. This combination of experience gives me an expertise and ability to be able to communicate well with people. It has also given me the ability to take very complex topics and break them down into things that are much simpler to understand. That is key, especially in communication with patients. When patients understand why they need to take their medications, compliance is much higher.

Hutcheson Homecare Pharmacy (Fairfield Ohio) 2018-2020
Worked as a pharmacy manager of a non- sterile compounding pharmacy/part time pharmacist for long term care pharmacy. I received professional training from Medisca for non-sterile compounding. I was responsible in this role to create SOP’s for the lab, order supplies, train employees, compound prescriptions, and consult with physicians and patients. In addition to these roles at Hutcheson I also worked part time checking prescriptions, data entry for prescriptions when needed for the long-term care part of the pharmacy. This portion felt very similar to retail pharmacy to me except it was closed door.
