Working from (K&A) SCEC’s AL Khobar Saudi Arabia Design Office I was responsible for preparation of preliminary and final Geometric Design Documents for Local Roads, Major Arterial Roads, At-Grade Intersections and preparation of detailed Traffic Studies including Highway Capacity Analysis and Traffic Impact Studies for new developments. My duties also included advising SCEC’s CAD personnel in their preparation of Preliminary and Detailed Design packages for Road and Bridge projects, including Traffic Signals Layout Details. SCEC’s main client for these Road and Bridge projects was SAUDI ARAMCO Oil Company. All designed drawings in compliance with both (MOT)and (AASHTO) Standards. Also, worked from (K&A) SCEC’s Riyadh office for preliminary and detail design phases of

(MOT) highway projects including Highway traffic safety devices for Madinah Second Ring Road, Major and Link roads. Management of preliminary detailed design drawing, including Specification, drainage structures and grant approval for construction. Tasks including coordination between SCEC’s management team and Design Office, contractor personnel and interface with the client’s counterparts and contractor personnel to insure delivering the projects on time and at or under budget.
