Organize and coordinate a wide range of excursions, including snorkeling trips, island visits, sunset cruises, and fishing expeditions, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
Provide detailed information about excursions, including itineraries, safety guidelines, and cultural insights, to guests, answering their inquiries and addressing any concerns.
Assist in promoting and marketing excursions to guests, upselling additional services or packages where applicable.
