I have a passion for fixing and making things that dates to my elementary schooling, where I was fascinated by toy cars and trucks. This interest continued to grow as I progressed through school, leading me to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. I enrolled in the auto mechanics program at Bahamas Technical & Vocational Institute in 2017 and began my journey as a mechanical engineering student at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in August 2018. I am elated to say that I graduated from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in May 2023, and I am excited to embark on my next chapter of my mechanical engineering journey. Being a part of the team at your company will position me to alternately become the best mechanical engineer I could be. I plan to pursuit my master’s degree in mechanical engineering in the near future.

I am a hardworking individual with strong problem-solving and time management skills. I am both independent and a team player, taking the initiative to get things done efficiently. I have a quick learning ability and strive to continuously acquire new skills. Some of my abilities include CAD and Master CAM, MATHLAB, and other technical and workshop skills.
