While working for the nation’s majority of the Employee Assistant Programs, I would take inbound calls from clients and assist them with a referral for either a legal or financial issue depending on their specific needs. This would either consist of a referral to an attorney or to one of our inhouse financial consultants. I would then make an outbound call to that client to follow up to make sure they have been assisted with their issue.
