The Production Services Specialist uses various GCP services such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and
Cloud SQL to collect and store incident- related
data. This data may include historical incident
records, system logs, sensor data, or any relevant information for analysis.
Using Cloud Dataflow or Cloud Dataprep, the
specialist cleanses, transforms, and preprocesses
the collected data, ensuring its quality and
compatibility for further analysis.
Vertex AI is employed for building and training
machine learning models. The specialist utilizes
services like Vertex AutoML or Vertex Training to
develop predictive models using the preprocessed
data. They may explore different algorithms,
perform feature engineering, and fine-tune the
models for optimal performance. Once the model is
trained and validated, the specialist deploys it using Vertex AI's serving infrastructure. This allows the model to make predictions in real-time or batch
processing.
The deployed model is integrated into the incident management system. It receives real-time or
