On behalf of Benchmark, I am pleased to present you with a conditional offer of employment as a Materials Handler II. The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ - Harbour Drive and report to Brian R. Traphagan. This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, a signed acknowledgement of our Confidential Information, Proprietary Rights and Arbitration Agreement (“Confidentiality Agreement”) and a satisfactory drug-screening test. Pay: Your starting hourly rate will be $21.50 less applicable taxes and withholdings, paid bi-weekly and subject to annual review. Incentive Bonus Program:You will be eligible to participate in our Quarterly Incentive Plan with a potential to earn the target bonus below of your quarterly base pay. Bonuses are paid on a quarterly basis when performance goals and eligibility requirements are met.
Target Bonus: 5.00% Bonus Plan: QIP - HARB EMS
Benefits:Benchmark provides a comprehensive benefits package, which includes coverage in health and welfare plans. You will be eligible to participate in Benchmark’s benefit plans medical, dental and vision, and life insurance. Medical, dental and vision insurance eligibility is the first day of the month following start date. You will accrue two weeks of vacation per year. All other benefits will be offered at their regular eligibility dates. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401(k) retirement program upon hire.
At-Will-Employment:Benchmark is an employment-at-will company. That means that you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice.
