The project was built within a highly aggressive schedule, downtown logistics and unprecedented engineering requirements, on schedule. Project: $5 Million Old Town Center - Los Gatos, Ca 1998 Superintendent Provided site supervision of a 40,000 sq. ft. underground parking garage and 30,000 sq. ft. core and shell retail buildings above. Supervised soldier beam / lagging shoring, excavation, shot Crete, MEP trades, concrete deck, framing, plaster, roofing, underground utilities, glazing, painting, elevator, with design team, city building department, special inspection, and owners representative.
