Sales Specialist Wayfair – Feburary 8th 2021 to present General Manager Damariscotta Hardware - Damariscotta, ME June 2020 to Feburary 2021 I oversaw the daily operations of a retail hardware store. I had several department managers as well as an assistant manager that reported to me. I was involved with all aspects of the business including ordering, merchandising, associate training & development, and P&L reports Multi-Unit Manager Charter Communications Inc - Augusta, ME October 2016 to June 2020 I oversaw 7 Spectrum Cable retail/customer service centers throughout Maine. My primary responsibilities were the facilitation of coaching and developing associates as well as leaders in the Maine market. I was involved in the hiring process and I also provided operational support and handle escalated customer issues. I supported 4 store managers and about 35 associates. I trained and developed associates, created the schedule, ordered and controlled inventory. General Manager Colortyme CTME LLC October 2008 to July 2011 My primary responsibility as General Manager was to increase profitability through the execution of a well-trained sales and collections staff, reducing controllable expenses, and outstanding customer service. I dedicated myself to creating an inviting environment for our customers that our competition could not match.
