Eight years ago a documentary called, "Fat, sick and nearly dead" by Joe Cross changed my life. Next day I ordered an omega juicer and everything now that's cooked and baked is done with more intention and care. Purchasing as many organic foods as possible, although it can get very expensive. Self-taught and specialize in cooking fresh, lean and clean meals and bake healthier versions of goodies you know and love. Music has always been in my bones and is something I continue to pursue. Grew up singing in all-district and all-county choruses. Now I sing, write and produce music with my partner in a group called, Purgery.
