Customer Service - Bartending and managing taught me the importance of peoples needs and how it can affect ones bussiness if they are not met.

Time management- Managing your time is very important in every aspect of your life. But every job has a specific reason why it is important. It was important at the farm because we milked cows three times a day and only had a hour inbetween each milking. Bartending for legal reasons such as bar close. Managing, overall other peoples time. Leadership- Leadership played a role at every job I had. Mostly training emplyees. And setting a good example for the work place itself, helped me learn how and how to be a good leader. Organization Skills- Not only do I practice organization at my work. I daily strive to be an oragnized person on a daily basis. I've learned many benefits to being organized and overall its just a good feeling. Communication Skills - Working on a dairy farm with spanish speaking people I learned how to understand someone in more then just one way then speaking.
