Senior Claims Complex Examiner – June 2003-2011

Dedicated unit for First America, formally known as Laidlaw Transportation Service

Hired as a Complex Examiner to investigate commercial lines bodily injury and property damage loses with high risk, high complexity, and severity through aggressive claims handling.

Evaluated and settled all bodily injury claims within my settlement authority and requested services.

Prepared detailed Home Office report for internal management and Client.

Participate in roundtable decisions on cases with high exposure, and complexity with internal superiors and well as with the Client.

Attend all mediations, settlement conferences and trails as warranted.
