Worked as a bridge operations manager for the marketing team and the operation team of the restaurant and ran 7 major events over the past 9 months. Reach thousands of students on media from scratch, and convert 20% of new customers in the last event.
Owning a small team including both designers and content writers, I am the lead in planning and coordinating, providing feedback for online and offline publications through many sucessful large programs (soft skills, volunteering, mock exams) of the Union of Students.
I am also the manager and responder of the organization's fanpage and email, helping the fanpage achieve a 100% response rate and assisting thousands of students.
