I was hired on as a receiver but I was assigned to drive for the lamination department, as their receiver and material handler. I unload trucks that bring product specifically for Lamination and make sure they are organized and stored safely. I bring in raw material and remove finished products, making sure that everyone has their proper materials at all times throughout the day so that they can be efficient at completing their jobs. I empty hoppers and pull chassis in and out and when lamination is running properly, I go over to the receiving department to help unload trucks. I am also the Cabinet Shops material handler.
