We, our company t.. 4 7 - ce Sdn Bhd would like to issue this demand to M/S ZYSM

Enterprise on supply of 2000pax Banglaaeshi workers to work at our work site,

Our paying term and conditions are as follows:

A. Number of Workers : 2000 Male Workers

2. Sector : CONSTRUCTION

3. Job Description : General Workers

4. Age : 21-45 year’s old

5. Contract Period :3 years

6. Wages

Basic monthly wage — : RM 57.70/day/8hour

a) Allowances : Nit

b) Overtime (OT) :2—3 hour/day

Normal day [ous

Rest day 7x2

Public Holidays =: x2

Ts Working Days :6days er week

8. Working Hours : 8 hours per day or 48 hours per week

9. Contract Period:

a, The duration of contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the date of arrival of

the Worker.

b. This Contract may be extended for another additional three (3) years by mutual

agreement of both parties.
