Managed a team of 27-35 and oversaw the software development life cycle of the JDIS to ensure quality delivery of IT projects and customer satisfaction. Delivered 85% of projects on-budget and on-time by regularly reviewing financial EVM (CPI/SPI) measures to ensure success.
