I have always had between 8 and 20 employees. 1 man operation! Meaning a minimum of 4 and as many as 10 jobs at the same time. From the beginning in 1993. My clients contracted my company for the carpentry and then would contract me for on site coordination of all trades.

There is not a national or local chain tenant space I have not built. Every restaurant. Salons, dollar stores, medical, office, schools.
