Inner Bubble cooling system:- Self design and developed Inner bubble cooling system its increase output of machine, reduce width variation, reduce wastage, easy jab change over.

Taper Tension and taper contact pressure:- Self design developed a program in Using Siemens PLC to reduce tension linearly according to diameter and increase contact force according to diameter of roll its help loose and tight winding.

Batch Mixing System:- Self design and developed centralized batch mixing system according to recipe. Projects:-

Hitkari Industries Ltd:- Installation successfully 3Layer MBE blown film, Belony Italian CI Flexo printing Machine, Rotogravure Printing Machine of Expert and Chines make & slitting Rewinder within given frame.

Roto Print LLC Nigeria:- Starts from green field, supervise civil work and Installation and commissioning of Rotogravure printing machines, Slitting Rewinding Gluing machines and Utilities.
