RELATIVE WORK SKILLS

I was the facility manager at the Stonehouse Old Brewery. I was responsible for meeting and greeting customers and band members. I moved heavy equipment, always with a positive attitude and smile on my face whenever possible. Being friendly, warm and kind was mandatory. I did inventory, ordering, receiving and stocking all alcohol and food products. My skills range from lead bagel baker at the Chesapeake bagel bakery to second fastest stocker at Dollar Tree in Auburn. While stocking at Dollar Tree, there was a quota that was mandatory for employment.

Stonehouse Old Brewery - Facility Manager 11-2011 to 07-2015

I began at the Stone House as groundskeeper/ custodian

Upon resigning from the Stonehouse I did EVERYTHING, from custodial to security to cooking, serving, bussing then dishes. Sweep, mop, get up and start again. Custodial, inventory, meeting and greeting, parking lot clean up then grounds keeping if necessary. I honestly did everything except paperwork.

Dollar Tree, Auburn - Stocker 04 - 2006 to 01 - 2007

I was responsible for checking and organizing shelves prior to sorting inventory prior to stocking shelves. This technique allowed me a job site advantage. Which enabled me to rapidly increase my job site awareness and decrease my stocking time.

Other responsibilities included, facility cleaning and the compacting of the fiber.

Chesapeake Bagel Bakery- Lead Begal Baker 07 - 1996 to 10 - 1997

Accepting orders, fast paced and extremely high quality ingredients, mixing and making perfect bagels was the daily standard.

Customer service and quality were a presidence.
