Assistant Executive Director - Hillcrest Health Care and Rehabilitation Center/Consulate Health Care (240 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center). Responsible for assisting the Executive Director of this with the day-to-day operations for the Leadership, Business Development, Recruiting, hiring, Marketing, Special Events and Customer Service Departments. June 2020 to April 2021

CCC-GBB provides a "Culinary Incubator" for restaurant business development, a café in Boynton Beach, providing meals and fresh fruits and vegetables to homebound elderly, home health monitoring for the poor elderly, food closet, and other outreach activities. Robert Wood Johnson Foundation funding helped us expand out of Boynton Beach and seek broader programs for the elderly to "Age Safely at Home."
