I have 1yr of hands-on experience in coordination with In-home care. Coordination is imperative to be a good fit between the Client and Care Giver for the Client to get the best possible care.

I mentor and coach care givers to take care of certain clients (Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Paraplegic’s as well as difficult clients)

I am very customer oriented and have had 30+ years’ experience. I’ve handled unhappy, ill, depressed, and difficult clients in all fashions.

I will go the extra mile to get a client what they need and determined to have that perfect match with a care giver.

I worked in MoDOT for 27 years as a Software and Hardware Technician. All these years entailed good customer service skills.

I served on the MoDOT Help Desk for approximately 3 of those years.

I took care of at least 100 other employees’ computer needs.

I trained all said employees in how to use certain software and hardware.

I wrote manuals on software and hardware.

I repaired the computers as needed.
