I mentor and coach care givers to take care of certain clients (Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Paraplegic’s as well as difficult clients)

I am very customer oriented and have had 30+ years’ experience. I’ve handled unhappy, ill, depressed, and difficult clients in all fashions.

I took care of at least 100 other employees’ computer needs.

I trained all said employees in how to use certain software and hardware.

I wrote manuals on software and hardware.

I repaired the computers as needed.
