-Manage Manufacturing floor of 80+ operators, 10 SME’s and 2 Ops. Lead in five different production Lines (SCD Sleeves, DL wires, Hovermatt, G3 Calibration, NPWT & Surgical Sorting) and Raw Material inventory. Supervise and ensure production targets are met from End to End (Receiving, Sorting, Cleaning/Wash, T&I and Packaging).
-Lead time studies and 6S in all the areas of the facility.
- Safety/Quality trainings operators in the areas of sorting, Wash, Test & inspect and packaging to improve the quality of our product and reject yield in the areas of DL Lead wires and DVT Compression sleeves.
-Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
-Perform Operational activities such as Six Sigma trainings in the production floor (Trainings on Fishbone Diagram, 5WHY’s, etc.) to improve on problem solving, SOP awareness to SMEs and operators, Daily huddles, and monthly, weekly, and daily operation plans production to ensure the Net requirement attainment is met monthly (95%).
-Lead a Kanban to control inventory of materials (Adhesive Remover)
-Help in the implementation of a new Pouching Automation Line in DVT T&I and DVT Boxing Automation to improve productivity and workflow as part of Kaizen Project.
-In charge of the Schedule Attainment.
-Investigating several Nonconforming and developed and executed the Rework Instructions.
-Hovermatt R-Code and DVT Wash efficiency project executed based on a higher demand project.
-Created and executed a cross-training project to insure the flexibility and high value of our personnel.

-Manage Operations Team to ensure operations, Safety and Quality Targets are met and product is delivered on time to customers.
