Facility current profit margin is 10.2%, against a goal of 10% in 2021.

Plant is 5 day 3 shift operations, with 65 total employees.

Introduced 3 year plan the end of 2015 to incorporate Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Cost savings projects a 27% cost reduction with Sherwin Williams. Projected savings annually is 68K.

Short Haul Trucking contracts. Projected annual savings 35K. On time shipments improved by 25%.

Solar Energy Project. ROI within 3 years. Projected savings a year starting in Q1 2017 220K annually.

Completed a 5.6 million dollar expansion for facility. Scheduled production was for 4th quarter of 2016. At this time this project is on hold due to legal issues with Poland.

Work closely with Burnham’s Inc. sister companies, U.S. Boiler, Thermo Pride, Thermal Solutions, and others to improve quality, deliveries, and costing of fabricated parts.

Developed Welding Cell in 2020. Increase revenue by $500,000 annually.
