Skills I Have Learned:

I have been able to make sound resolutions with customers with any problem.

I can effectively have my employees work on projects in Drug Mart.

I am able to make house keys or car keys, and I have worked with western union.

I have made a rapport with many customers that come into Discount Drug Mart and I have been able to organize many different items for the store in the stockroom.

As a Key Holder, I would have to close the store by securing the money, locking the safe, closing and locking all the doors, and turning on all security systems before leaving.

I've been told by others that I am super nice and also very neat with my belongings.

Discount Drug Mart:

March 27, 2020 - PRESENT

●Before I got promoted to Key Holder, I was a Courtesy Clerk where I worked with money orders, customer bill payments, customer returns, hunting and fishing licenses, dog tag sales, mailing inquiries, lottery sales, western union money transfers, and store deposits.

●As a Courtesy Clerk I also added to customer’s Pro Point accounts and converted their Pro Points into free items such as eggs, milk, bread, buns and many more items.

●Just a year and a half ago I was mainly a cashier working with customer sales and stocking different product throughout the store.

●At this store I have worked with Microsoft and their telxon systems. I have put into their system the makeup they received and the amounts of the makeup items.

Education:

Springboro High School - GED

I was in a Junior ROTC Air Force program and stayed in this program throughout the four years of high school. I joined in on many community service opportunities that ROTC offered to my class.
