Robert Half is partnering with a growing client

to immediately permanent a Human Resources

Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for

overseeing personnel and daily operations of

the human resources department. If you thrive

in a dynamic work environment that requires

the ability to balance multiple responsibilities,

this may be the role for you.

Key responsibilities

- Support employees such that they follow all

policies and procedures

- Grow the organization's human resources

department by planning, implementing, and

evaluating employee relations and human

resources policies, programs, and practices

- Organize historical human resource records

by designing a "ling and retrieval system and

keeping past and current records

- Maintain and deploy applicable human

resource federal and state requirements,

conduct investigations, maintain records, and

represent the organization at hearings

- Analyze reports provided by the HR team,

team leaders and operations managers to

determine employee performance and training

needs

- Institute management guidelines by

preparing, updating, and recommending

human resource policies and procedures

- Study compensation standards set by industry

and governing bodies in order to create salary

structures and administer employee bene"ts

- Represent your team at interdepartmental

meetings with other managers

- Generate recruitment plans, interview

schedules and evaluation standards in

accordance with HR methodologies and labor

laws

- Oversee human resource sta# by recruiting,

selecting, orienting, and training employees

- Lead and de"ne exit interviews and

procedures

- Oversee all HR activities, communications,

reports, requests and documents created and

received by the team

Requirements

- Excellent communication and organizational

skills

- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certi"cations are

preferred

- 5+ years in human resources

- 1+ years of supervisory experience within

human resources

- Background in handling con"dential business

matters and information with discretion

- A familiarity with the main ideas of

employment law and EEOC regulations

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or

similar "eld

- Adept to problem-solving and con$ict

resolution

- Wide knowledge of HR policies, bene"ts

administration, compensation and wage

structure

- Knowledge of HR software and working

knowledge of Microsoft O%ce

- Possess strong organizational and follow-up

skills

- Ability to view issues with impartiality

- Excellent ethics, integrity, and standards
