RESPONSIBILITIES IN HVAC SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE

Man power allocation, Preparing Work Permits and Ensure that daily Progress Reports.

Supervision of Duct Cleaning of Heavy Equipment’s like FCU,AHU’S, Package Units, Kitchen Hood, Duct Exhaust Fans and FAHU etc.

Responsible for preparing field reports and troubleshooting equipment.

Preparing Work Permits and Ensure that daily Progress Reports are produced with regards to HVAC works.

Update the daily Activities, Man power updating and monitoring at site

Ensure that all mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan

Review Shop drawings and make As-Built Drawings

Undertaking hands of Air Balancing & Duct Leakage test and work with JEDI Middle East

Able to solve installation problems at site and arranging the required materials

Undertaking hands on Installation & Insulation of GI ducts, PI ducts VCD, VAV,CAV, FD, MSFD, Grills

,Plenum boxes, Such As, Fan Coil Units (FCU), Split Units, Package Units, Exhaust And Supply Fan And Their Accessories.

General supervision and inspect the installation of GI ducts, PI ducts,Duct insulation,modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites.

Assists ware-house in checking the completeness of the received materials, identification of any damaged, short received materials etc.

Ensure proper implementation on site& coordinate with other engineering discipline

Coordinating with QA/QC Engineers for Installation Inspection, Snagging and De- snagging.

Creating & submitting Work Inspection Requests (WIR) parallel with construction time schedule attaching required documents for submittal.

Following the standards of SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, ASME B31 FIRE FIGHTING&PLUMBING

Supervision on Construction of utilities & Buildings like WTA, PSB, TSB and UTR etc.

Coordinate with subcontractors( IPAS, RUMAILLAH, QIBS & FIRE LINK)

Conducted the installation of Fire Fighting Pipes, Fire Extinguisher and Fire Cabinet.

Coordinating with QA/QC Engineers and Testing and Commissioning for Installation Inspection, Snagging and De- snagging.

Review Shop Drawings and preparation of As-Built Drawings

Execution of Plumbing & Fire fighting items as per standard norms, including automatic fire water sprinkler system, automatic clean agent system (FM200) extinguishing system, fire tank and fire pump system.

Execution of hot and cold water supply and water distribution

Conduct the pressure test for both Plumbing & Fire fighting line

Execution of Drainage system & vent pipe line, including drainage line for the FCUs

Inspect and verify safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.

Execute the installation of drainage pipes with required slope and supports.

Following the standards of SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, ASME B31.

Coordinating with the consultant & main-contractor for work quality assurance and to complete the job as per schedules.

Coordinating with the client and the consultant for approval of the construction drawings

Coordinating with the back office staff and / or supplier towards timely delivery of materials on site.

Preparation of the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings

Advise site supervisors in modifications, shop drawing comments, for WIR approval.
