cabinet, hook up cable to connect PCB, use Multimeter check

everything complete and test before passing another station .

Mechanical Sub- assembly: before do Sub-assembly, take BOM

do audit next use Drawing or MPI do housing then install

electrical compressor air, vacuum, die heat box, vale,

temperatures control, fuser next use Blue sprint . schematic to

routing wires to complete after that test system, finally passing

Qc.

Mechanical sub-assembly { do system of Intuitive Surgical }

Use Drawing and BOM build sub- assembly from A to Z [ base,

footrest, footdrive, monitor . after complete to testing and do

SAP, some time we go field service .

May 2007 to 04/2008 and 11/2008 to 5/2011 .

Responsible; Hook up in module system with CT scanner pass

to integration .

Test support for testing,find out something wrong after that

replace :

Electrical [ PLC, Transformer, Hight voltage power supply,

heat exchange, detector, motion control from CT scanner, Air

condition, fire wall ], routing cables if find out something wrong

or damaged.

Mechanical install conveyor, X-ray tube .

Tear down system after QC done and pass down shipping.

use pin pusher, CPC crimper, lugs, ferrule crimper, using

Diagram, Blue sprint and schematic to routing cables, using

DVM trouble shooting find out something wrong.
