Catheter Assembly Specialist

•Fast paced work environment that required constant adaptation to new processes and equipment to support new product development of catheters

•Experience working in a Class 10,000 (ISO 7) Clean Room

•Cross trained on various processes including manifold, leak testing, cable assembly, and optical connector hand polishing and inspection

•Performed pressure decay and vacuum decay testing on the catheters using a Z-axis Isaac HD leak tester

•Using a stereoscope, threaded optical fibers into cable jacketing and into a fiber management device and inspected the coating of optical fiber for defects

•Used adhesive dispenser and Spectrum 100 to UV cure various parts into the assembly
