Resume:

Greetings Sir/Ma'am,

Thank you for taking time to evaluate and consider my resume. I seek an opportunity within your organization by utilizing my vast and varied skill sets as well as working closely with my colleagues to achieve all goals set upon us.

Over the years I have been exposed to and worked quite a diverse range of different scenarios in the phlebotomy/lab assistant, leadership field. I have worked in a clinical setting, lab hospital setting, mobile blood units, and even the extreme, with the police department, in high stress and high paced environments. I have over 15 years of laboratory knowledge. My phlebotomy experience ranges from a zero-day old to the most geriatric. I can handle every type of patient with complete accuracy and efficiency. Thus, making me an ideal candidate.

Within each company that I have been with I have been a trainer, Lead or enlisted to oversee employee skills sets, trade knowledge as well as proper techniques in a phlebotomy setting. Written, adhered and taught policies and procedures in the proper fashion in accordance with company, Hipaa, and Osha regulations.

Safety and patients first are my number one goals! I believe that my degree from an accredited institution, over 15 years of experience and a strong work ethic make me a very valuable leader to any staff. I have spent a great deal of time mastering and perfecting my trade. I have no reservations and am ready to go. I will work hard and be 100% dedicated to your company for as long as I am employed there.

Although being in a laboratory setting can be a thank less job, leading by example is my primary goal and to me is rewarding. I truly believe that my communication and leadership core values are what make me an ideal candidate. My personal motto is: Miles of Smile.

Thank you again for taking the time to consider me for your current position.
