Perform QC on fire proofing FS1 & FS5 coating application and monitor all cryogenic insulation installations. Verify all cryogenic shoe Insulation was stored correctly before and during the set up process of installing cold shoes, verify all components pertaining to Cryo- shoes correct such as washer height, number & amount of washers used for correct foam fill for seams, verify correct location of Cryo- shoe vapor Barrier applied. Correctly fill out Client documents, QSRs or NCR as case may be for Cryo-shoes improperly installed or in wrong location. Attend daily craft meetings of multiple installer crews monitoring work, keeping track of progress and signing off Cryo- shoes and their QSR’s. I would fill out NCR reports when discrepancies of Cryo- shoes not installed to manufacturer recommendations and Client specifications were not met. Provide surveillance throughout the project while also being the person sent to resolve problems arising from crews on the other areas of the plant from improper installation techniques.

I would set up my blast pots spray pumps I would blast and spray the hull of ships fill out paint logs order paint I would blast and spray up different parts of the ship before installation.

I have put together blast equipment, hydro blast equipment, rebuilt spray equipment, various style pumps, Package and deliver equipment to large and small project sites across the country. Load and unload piping, pumps & steel plates with forklifts & bobcats. Prep small bore pipe, flanges, pumps, ground storage tanks, elevated water tanks, I-beams, Box beams & big Bore pipe by using blast media such as steel shot, copper garnet, black beauty, paint out using Urethane zinc, epoxy doorplate polyuria, etc. document all parameters & conditions, fill out paint or coating reports, crew time sheets, JSAs from tailgate meetings interfacing with Client and craft. we would use airless sprayers 30:1 through 70:1 spray pumps I have my c-7 blasting certs and my c-12 spraying certs I would also complete daily jsa I also a certified fork lift operator I have been a fire watch throughout my career my confined space is up to date
