Daily routine and responsibilities:

• 7am time-in in our garage 730am in the morning waiting for job order for the whole day trip via email/message/call from our coordinator from the office.

• 8am Checking-out the dispatch or list of routes using hand scan tool for that day. 10 to 15 pickups.

• Report to monitoring to on the way to routes.

• For the first pickup, scanning items/parcels for 1 by 1 to make sure that every parcel is inbounded to my system then pickup and load to our vehicle.

• Then load the parcel 20lbs up per suck small or bulky items.

• Then repeat the pickup scan procedure to the next pickup location until we finish all the pickup location.

• After to get all parcels to all routes and hubs we give report to monitoring to finish the dispatch and to get unload to main sorting center.

• When we get to the sorting center, we will file all the number of parcel to the system of sorting and scan again by the sorting personnel to ensure the tally and number of parcel we declare.

• Then after the unloading and make sure the number of parcels is tally.

• Then filling up the form via Gmail for the attendance of trip for tomorrow.

-known to prepare all materials and proper equipment’s for the installation started just like drills, assorted hand tools, flaring tools, copper tube, insulation rubber, polyteline tape, wires etc.

-know to drive motor cycle and 4-wheel car for the survey and deliveries.
