I have been a life coach for 7 years and it is satisfying to know that I’ve helped someone overcome their biggest obstacle. All successful coaching, in my experience, begins with the coach's self-awareness. I've heard it said a lot: "How you coach is a reflection of who you are." This refers to having a thorough awareness of one's own identity, values, morals, character, strengths, biases, and interests. And I volunteer at the local jail mentoring women.

Other Skills Microsoft Word, multiple line phone system, also CPR Certified, member NAACP, Toast master, computers etc.
