Lead maintenance
oLead 4 people on daily duties that consisted of maintaining appliances, light fixtures, plumbing, etc. on houses and 4 commercial buildings.
oThe electrical work that could be found on a day-to-day basis were changing main electrical panel, breakers, running new lines from 120 volts, for lighting and outlets, and 240 volts for washers and heaters.
oResponsible for replacing or troubleshooting electrical fixtures such as but not limited to electrical panel, breakers, ceiling light fixtures, fans, outlets, and switches.
oResponsible for daily repairs that consists of dryer machines, holes on walls with spackle, concrete steps, and plumbing.
oEnsure that daily tasks that consists of but not limited to painting, removing snow/leaves, power washing, and unclogging sewer lines.
