JOB OBJECTIVE

CV SUMMARY

I have more than 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry. I worked in static and rotating equipment’s. Now I am working in SPIE oil and gas services in Qatar for Gas turbine shutdown and maintenance and our client Baker Hughes. I also have experience in gas turbine Frame 5,6,7, 9. Hot gas path inspection, Chamber inspection and Major inspection. Well experienced In Hydraulic Torqueing and Tensioning, ITH. I am Familiar with flange management bolt tensioning and hydraulic bolting. Hydrotesting, N2HE leak testing, purging, pigging, pre commissioning and hook up and skill related work at onshore oil gas platform, oil refineries, petrochemicals, power plant and turnaround project all over in Oman and Familiar with piping drawings such as GA, PFD, P&ID.

Pumps:

Involved in centrifugal Pumps overhauling mechanical seal assembling and aligning the pump with prime mover by reverse 7 graphical methods rim and face method.

Worked in reciprocating pumps like Pulse Feeder.Involved in repair such as plunger changing, diaphragm changing check valves, Changing, and packing changing activities.

Compressor:

Overhauling of air and gas compressor, centrifugal, rotary as well as reciprocating & all type of positive displacement compressor, axial flow compressor.Also indulged in connecting rod big & small end bearing clearance, adjustment of piston TDC, stroke adjustment.Changing seal cups, bearing, packing, centrifugal compressor clearance checking, cylinder pressure testing, maintaining suction and discharge valves and maintenance of lube oil system, seal oil system, changing filters, aligning with prime mover.

Fans & Blowers:

Having experience to change the blade angles, belt aligning tensioning in the pulley with Driver.

STATIC EQUIPMENTS
