Served as manager to 5 metal fabricators, shipping receiving clerk, purchasing agent, and one manufacturing technician.

Responsible for fabrication of automotive conveyor components. Determine what components were to be fabricated in-house and which were outsourced based on shop capacity and lead times required by customer.

Managed purchasing agent to ensure outsourced components would meet project cost requirements, project deadlines, and quality requirements.
