EXPERIENCE PROFILE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervised control panel wiring and terminating, instrument installation and termination jobs, cable routing, trouble shooting, Calibration of instruments, installation, assembling, repairing and maintenance of all types of instrument

Calibration of Instruments (Calibration Shop / Field/ Online / Offline) Responsible for Loop checking and functional logic checking of instruments and valve. Maintenance preventive / Repairs and calibration all field instrument & valve Smart series & field bus all transmitters, control valves calibrated using by HART-375/475 Loop checking and commissioning.

Have a good exposure in calibration of Transmitters and control valves. Responsible for Loop checking, Trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning and maintenance activities.

Understanding & interpreting of P&ID and ILD diagram, Hookup diagram, Loop wiring diagram Instrument specification sheets and control panel drawing, JB details & cable layout drawing. Test, calibrates and reinstalls repaired instruments and maintains records such as calibration sheet log book, discrepancy reports as per set procedures

Suggests new means of improving the performance and lifetime of the instruments and control equipment

Experience in calibration and troubleshooting of RTD and thermo electric Equipment. DCS, ESD,, loop acceptance test (LAT) of DCS system with functional. Field bus protocol, testing of ESD loop with Bentley Nevada system (vibration) Gauges: All type of Pressure, Flow, Level Temperature and Differential gauges Switches: Pressure/Flow/Level/Temperature/Differential pressure of Foxboro, Magnetrol, Foundation field bus based instruments.
