CAREER OBJECTIVE: To be a motivated academic, researcher and consultant with an urge to transform individuals, resources and societies for the sustainable development of all. PROFESSIONAL VALUES: A person of integrity with a respect of institutional ethics, policies, regulations and the rule of law and also committed to life-long learning of skills and knowledge with a variety of experiences in training hospitality management. PERSONAL STATEMENT: A proactive and enthusiastic individual with tangible experience and knowledgeable in Sustainable hospitality management practices and philosophies. Has boldness and vision to initiate new ideas and implement innovative approaches to hospitality and Tourism management education, practice and research through strategic direction. RESEARCH INTEREST: My research interests are catered on hospitality and tourism management related issues pertaining to human resources, Gender as well as sustainability issues in the hospitality and tourism industry such that is consistent with environmental protection, something that will be increasingly important especially in developing countries and the world at large. 2
