The Socioeconomic Effects of Marijuana Decriminalization by Evan Hardin Presented April 2023
Commissioned by Tuskegee University Department of History and Political Science
This research proposal describes and analyzes the socioeconomic effects of marijuana decriminalization. I conducted research and gathered evidence to support the theory that the lack of effective policy change has contributed to racial discrimination and disproportionate prosecution in the criminal legal system.
