I have considerable experience in the travel industry especially in the area of ticketing, customer service and handling. I have served as air hostess, ground hostess, and ticketing officer in different airlines/travel agencies. I am proficient in the use of different Global Distribution Systems like Amadeus, Galileo and other airline specific system. I am IATA certified having completed a Diploma in IATA/UFTAA Stepping into Management, Foundation and EBT Courses. I have also received several trainings in AMADEUS applications both locally and internationally.

I am proficient in the use of Microsoft word, Excel and internet. I can communicate very well in English and fairly well in French. My social skills and competencies include amiability, flexibility, team spirit, adaptability to multi-cultural settings and multi-tasking acquired over the years working under varying circumstances and environments.
