I am a licensed insurance agent. My current role is Support Specialist. I maintain Epic download which allows us to receive company downloads and have policies updated through an automated process agency management system. I provide high level of customer service in a proactive, responsive, accurate, and supportive manner. In prior years I had my own large book of business writing new policies, submitting endorsements, taking payments, and contacting clients for renewals and rewrites.
