Roles and Responsibilities
Leading the electrical department of project by giving the technical inputs for the execution of HV,LV and ELV, Security, Solar energy and BMS systems
Overall coordination with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, ELV & Plumbing team
Conducting meetings and coordinating with the Client and Consultant for the design coordination, interior decoration for MEP services and to fulfill the requirements for the projects.
Designing the HV, LV, ID, HVAC and ELV shop drawings based on the project details and specifications.
Follow-up and coordination with Client and consultant for drawing and material submission, approvals as well as clearing technical queries.
Ensuring the execution of all the site activities in line with the designed drawings and approvals from the Client and consultant.
Coordination with local authorities for approvals for the permanent power connections and fire Policy approvals.
Follow-up and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors for material delivery and installation.
Coordination with specialist contractors for BMS, Security systems, MEP equipment vendors and manufacturers for the testing and commissioning of MEP equipments.
Scrutinizing the project progress, variations, timely submission of interim bills, claims and Maintaining the contractual correspondences.
Monitoring and keeping the project progress as per the program/schedule and contractual aspects for the successful completion and handing over of the project to the employer.
