I am certified through Choice University to work at any hotel that is in the choice brand.I gained experience in housekeeping and front desk agent for any hotel. I learned how to speak to a large group of people at one time, and learning my regular guests by name and face.

There was never a day that there was someone asking me to help them match clothes together or accessories for a a special night or day or just because. I always had a friendly presence about me so I hardly had any problems with customers. Of course, you will have those customers that just aren't having a good day. I just stay courteous and try to keep customer as comfortable as possible. I always make sure my areas stay clear and clean. Made sure freight was put on floor properly.
