Created and held “Speed Interview Events”
When hiring for multiple or mass positions, created a planned interview day, bringing in several candidates at the same time, having them interview with several managers in round robin fashion, and debrief at the end, with managers choosing their top candidates. Average results 7 out of 10 candidates hired.
Championed and Implemented Standard for assessing talent using Apogee assessment, integrating into standard interview process. Trained recruiting team and hiring managers on use of tool in the hiring process and advised on specific cases.
