Formally - Goshen Coach a Division of Thor Corporation, Inc., 25161 Leer Drive, Elkhart, IN 46514 Responsible to determine if the customer or dealer had a warranty issue, helped solve the issue by providing prints, part replacement or technical support and then gave authorization for the warranty claim. Also responsible for entering and approving all warranty claims. Took care of all defective part returns from customer and then worked with the supplier for reimbursement on those returns. Wrote all parts orders for warranty and created all work orders on a daily basis. Also handled travel plans for any road trips required for repairs in the field. The Service Department reported to me directly and the Parts Department staff worked under my direction. I was responsible to report daily and weekly parts sales and warranty expenses to the management team. Goshen Coach made several changes to improve the product based on info I provided to the Goshen team.

As ISO Manager, I took Glaval through the implementation and certification process for ISO9901 2000. Glaval passed their certification without any nonconformity, which is a rarity. Responsible to train all employees, including the management team, in all aspects of ISO and awareness. Created a process traveler for each bus line. Created and implemented all procedures needed to become ISO certified. Created training records and job descriptions for each employee. Controlled and logged all forms and documentation used throughout the company, calibration of tools and worked with quality department in establishing actual quality into the buses, not just inspecting.
