Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. Work Experience:-

March 2008 —Present : Executive Secretary for The General Secretary Of The German University in Cairo.

Providing administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.

Managing travel and schedule.

Handling information requests.

Preparing correspondence and stuff mails into envelopes.

Arranging for outgoing mails and packages to be picked up.
