To use my 14+ years of experience in Commercial Construction to oversee the complete construction process from budget preparation to negotiating and preparing construction contracts. ● Coordinated with clients including, but not limited to Other Contractors, Architects, Owners / Developers.

● Produced budget / hard estimates and proposals for projects.

● Reviewed construction plans prior to and during construction of projects.

● Perform necessary research to produce accurate, complete and competitive pricing.

● Negotiated contracts

● Material ordering and procurement.
