DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Executed construction of civil works like pipe rack foundations, equipment foundations, sulphur storage hall, open ditches, culverts, minor bridge, Duct banks, RC Perimeter Fence, Sub Station buildings (RC full structure, RC with block work, RC wall panels & RC slab panels) and 72” double line sea water line.

-Preparation of schedule with the project control team for the resource allocation, manpower & machinery forecast. Review the schedule for the project activities.

-Coordinate with the project control team for the weekly work plan and 3 weeks look ahead schedule.

-Liaise with procurement department for ordering material required for the project, negotiation and follow up for the material status. Material approval follow up with QC department.

-Raising of technical queries for the unclear items in the IFC drawings.

-Report and record project variation / changes and consequent implication on time and cost in coordination with project control team and contracts team.

-Evaluating the sub contractor’s monthly progress payment certificate and price negotiation etc..,

-Identify the staffing and equipment requirements for the project and ensure timely availability.

-Manage work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including control of working hours. Monitor and control of daily progress against scheduled project plan.

-Attending client meetings on weekly basis for construction progress and HSE weekly meetings.

-Ensure implementation of Project Quality and Project Safety plan.
