Responsible for the direction-setting, coaching and mentoring of the aircraft maintenance department personnel (engineers, technicians and workers staff)
Manage maintenance personnel, plan and schedule maintenance and repairs of aircraft and aerospace equipments. Inspect and evaluate maintenance activities.
Provide expert consultation services and recommend innovative solutions to a wide variety of difficult and complex aircraft difficulties (Air Tractor 502, Cessna188, Robinson R44 and ULM G1 Spyl)
Establish and implement directives and goals relative to quality, productivity, cost, schedule, and safety performance.
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
Monitor aeronautical spare parts, equipments and tools inventory.
Carry out inspections of the aircraft hangar and facilities to identify and resolve issues.

Develop and implement an overall training delivery strategy for C130J model maintenance personnel.
Evaluate training strategy to ascertain if the methodology is best.
Schedule and organize special training to personnel in accordance with the quality and insurance department (safety, quality and HAZMAT precautions courses)

Elaborate the annual prevision program relative to the supply maintenance requirement, the equipments and the tools.
