Roles and Responsibilities:

o Responsible in making sure that all items included in the scope of work will be quantified to be provided for material requisition checking against all discipline’s request for the procurement process.

o Processing cost controlling/Monitoring and providing cost report of all the completed task order.

o Preparing Bill of Quantities for Concept and Detailed Design, eventually Final BOQ and quantity take off as per Final As-Built drawings to be compared to the previous BOQ of Concept and Detailed design.

o Maintaining registry/log of the work done versus the amount of invoice. Highlighting some areas which Contractor cannot be claimed.

o Preparing and issuing the Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (instructed by the Client) for their approval, stamping and signature. Maintaining the CVI registry. o Preparing, compiling and submitting new items/variation. Maintaining the New Rates submission registry.

o Negotiating variation orders with the Supervision Consultant and Client’s QS and maintaining the project variation registry.

o Negotiating for Monthly invoice with the Supervision Consultant. o Helping the Project Close-out team for all Task Order completing the maintenance period by providing the BOQ.

o Evaluating the Subcontractor’s invoice against its Subcontract agreement, drawings, take- off quantities and site engineer agreed quantity with the Subcontractor. Maintaining the Subcontractor/Supplier’s invoice registry.

o Preparing the Monthly Invoice including document like approved drawing, approved inspection and measurement sheet.

o Preparing the Subcontractor/Supplier payment and endorsing it to Accounting department. o Preparing Preliminary Cost Estimate for the possible task order to the Client. o Performing other roles and tasks as required.
